    2. فكرة الكتاب رائعة لكن للاسف لم تنفذ بحرفية فى رأيى لان النصوص لا ترابط بينها تمامافقط ترابط هش انها جميعها تتحدث عن القاهرة بدون ترتيب قرأت هذا الكتاب فيما يقرب الخمس أشهر نتيجة عدم ترابطه فكنت أبتعد عنه ثم أعود بعد مرور عدة اسابيع و هكذا مما افقدنى اى متعة له و لكن بالنسبة أن [...]

    3. الكتاب جميل في موضوعه ولكن لم استفد منه كثيرااستفدت اني وجدت روايات جميل سأسعي لقراءتها مثل ان تكون عباس العبد

    5. الكتاب ده زي كوباية الشاي بلبن المظبوطة، كل فين وفين تقرا كتاب يعدل مزاجك ويبقي بالنسب اللي بتحبها، الأدب والتاريخ سوا، والمكان هو القاهرة الساحرة، مدينتي بكل احيائها وشوارعها وناسها وحتى مواصلاتها، والزمان، الماضي البعيد والقريب والقريب اوى والحاضر، يعني جينا منين ووصلن [...]

    6. مختارات من عدد كبير من الاعمال تحكى او تتناول القاهرة سواء كانت الاعمال عربية وهى الغالبة او بلغة اخرى ، اظن ان هناك نصوص كثيرة لم يكن داعى من وجودها ، لم تقدم ملمح او تظهر وجه مختلف للقاهرة

    7. This book was full of experts of other books. Although interesting, I would have preferred to read a few longer stories instead of parts of novels that focused on certain themes.

    8. The collection of books is interesting but sometimes inconsistent with a certain view point. I enjoyed it and found some things relevant to my study of public space.
