    1. Very good. It took a while to get into the book, mainly because some of the poetry was not very good, but then the standard improved and I found myself able to access something of this world. The book contains poems from people who have been detained without trial under Singapore's internal security act. The mini biographies for each poet, together with the poems, open a small window on a rather darker side of Singapore and those who have survived it.

    2. A valiant but failed attempt in my humble opinion.Need for a sub-editor, organisation of the book, choice of the poets, choice of the poems, etc.But a brave attempt all in all. Just the need to get the sentiment out of the way to make a good book/collection.
