    1. One of the best introductory lecture series on the history of modern philosophy that I have stumbled upon! Lawrence Cahoone is great at structuring the lectures so that the content is manageable even though you do not have any texts at hand (which is often necessary when reading (and re-reading) philosophy). Content on each topic is split between background history, cultural, political, scientific and/or philosophical motivation for new development in thought, main philosophers within the school [...]
