    1. Cute little story I happened to come across while I was searching for Ella's Umbrellas--good thing, too, since I liked this ELLA better than the one I set out to find! It's very cute how Ella is so creative in solving problems--and then she gets a new umbrella for a present and she loves opening it and closing it and suddenly, oops!, Ella is the one CREATING problems by knocking things over. But she loves her umbrella so much, it is like a security blanket and the ballet recital is coming up, to [...]

    2. We've all been where Ella is in this book. She's used to helping out, but all of the sudden, she's causing problems. What can she do to enjoy herself but not put anyone out? I'll bet she figures out a solution. After all, she's a smart, level-headed girl.

    3. Ella was a problem solver until the day her grammy sent her an umbrella. She loved that umbrella and took it everywhere with her. Unfortunately, that cause a lot of problems. So when her dance teacher tells her that she can not bring her umbrella to the recital, Ella is crushed. She needs that umbrella to help her be brave. So, Ella has to figure out a way to have it there with her. She is a problem solver, after all.

    4. Ella of Course is a cute little story about a pig named Ella who of course, solves everything. For her birthday, her Grammy sent her an umbrella. She loved this umbrella very much, she loved it so much that she was constantly opening it everywhere she went creating a large mess. Overall I really did enjoy reading this book. The painted illustrations make the story even more enjoyable along with the adorable plot. The narration was immature in the sense that it was for young readers and the autho [...]

    5. Ella is a problem solver and she can fix or put most any problem to right, until her birthday, when she opens a long skinny box from her Gramma. In the box is an umbrella which makes a wonderful "WHOOSH, Click" sound when she opens it. And open it she does, every-single-chance-she-gets. Thus Ella goes from a problem solver to a problem causerElla refuses to put that umbrella away and needless to say it causes problems at the rehearsal for her dance recital. But Ella is undaunted and come up with [...]

    6. Ella is a pig who is a MacGyver of sorts. She has a creative mind and is great at solving problems. She gets a wonderful birthday present that she would like to take everywhere. However, the present starts creating problems wherever she goes. Her present is banned from her ballet recital and she really wanted to bring it along for confidence. So Ella uses her super problem solving skills to transform her gift into something else which helps her performance tremendously! Check out this delightful [...]

    7. I gave this a high review because I though it would be cute to read to a class because there is a line in the book that repeats a lot. (Ella, Of course)My summary,This book was about a pig who liked to solve problems. She got an umbrella for her birthday and then she started causing problems. She is suppose to have her dance recital and the teacher says she is not aloud to bring her umbrella. She is not sure what she is going to do because she will be afraid on stage with out it. So she went bac [...]

    8. I really like this for story time because it's told mostly by asking questions that all have the same answer: Ella, of course. This is a story about having a comfort object. For more kids, it's a blanket or stuffed animal, but Ella is attached to an umbrella. This presents a number of problems, most of all that Ella has a dance recital and she's got to find a creative way to take her umbrella onstage with her. It's got a great ending.

    9. This is a darling little book with great illustrations, fun to read, and full of giggles. Ella is problem solving piglet, until she gets an umbrella for her birthday. true to life for all the kids who get a new favorite toy and take it everywhere

    10. A cute book about a pig who is a problem solver. Very vibrant, upbeat illustrations and a pig with a positive personality, who temporarily gets stuck in a problem-causing rut make this book a delight.

    11. Ella has to think of a way to use her new umbrella indoors after she has made everyone mad by knocking over everything in her and her umbrella's pathway.

    12. I enjoyed the repetition of "Ella, of course" and thought it was a cute story if overcoming a problem/fear and innovating a solution. The pictures are bright and colorful.
