    1. These books are almost meta-fantasy. If, like me for example, you've spent the last few decades reading SFF, mythology and History, the story appears eerily familiar, like a wonderful dream, like that bit at the end of C S Lewis's The Last Battle. The two strands of the previous books start to link up here and the scene is set for an exciting climax in book four.
