    1. If you're interested in the politics and science of rest breaks at work, you will not find a more comprehensive treatment than this book. I'm not so convinced that their solutions are good ideas -- it seems difficult to imagine that the government can make good rules where industries are so different, but this issue is important and companies don't always do a very good job of managing it.
